Leadrex should be applied by or under the direct supervision of Certified Pesticide Applicator (CPA)


DIRECTION FOR USE:

To prepare the solution, mix Leadrex termiticide concentrate at a ration of 1:50 or one (1) leater of Leadrex for every 50 liters of water. Apply the prepared solution at the following rates:
 

Pre-Construction Treatment:
For overall treatment of floor slabs, porch floors and entrace platforms, apply the solution at the rate of four (4) liters per square meter or seven (7) liters per square meter if fill is washed gravel or other coarse materials. On hollow blocks foundation or voids of masonry, apply solution at the rate of seven (7) liters per three (3) linear meters. On crawl spaces, apply the solution at the rate of five (5) liters per linear meter per 30 cm. of depth from grade to bottom foundation. Apply the solution on both sides of the foundation and around all pipes and piers.

Post-Construction Treatment:
Apply the solution at the rate of five (5) liters oer linear meter to trench to as deep as the base of the foundation of the building being treated. Treat the soil for use as backfill as well as the soil under and around piers and porches. To avoid exposure to direct sunlight of the treated soil, cover treated with a layer of untreated soil.

Remedial and Spot Treatment:
If there is clear evidence of termite reinfestation after the initial treatment as result of breakdown or disruption of chemical barrier on the siol due to human activities such as excavation, construction and landscaping, only then should re-treatment be made and should be made in accordance with prescribed application techniques. Spot treatment may be made to reinfested critical areas particularly those area exposed to sunlight, only as necessary.
