5. Promo Mechanics:

• The promo is open to all users of the four (4) participating products.
• A total of six draws will be done, two preliminary draws and one (1) Grand Draw each for Luzon and VisMin.
• The raffle coupons will be attached to the sachets/bottles of the participating products. The customer must fill-up the raffle coupon with his/her full name, address, contact numbers and affix signature.
• Drop the filled-up coupons at the drop boxes found at the participating distributors/dealers store.
• All raffles draws will be witnessed by a DTI representative.
• Employees of Leads Agri, its suppliers, distributors and dealers including their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
• Winners will be notified via phone call, text and through registered mail by a Leads representative.  List of winners will be posted in dealers/distributor`s store.
• To claim prize/s, the winner must present the winning stub together with a valid ID.
• All prizes shall be claimed at  Unit 1208 Paragon Plaza EDSA corner Reliance St. Mandaluyong City. Provincial winners may claim their Prize at the nearest dealers’ outlet identified in the registered mail.
• Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of Leads Agri Products Corporation with prior approval from DTI.
• Prizes are tax free and cannot be converted into cash. The registration of the motorcycle will be under the account of the winners.
• Participants can win once per raffle draw, if drawn more than once he/she gets the prize of higher value. Non-winning entries are still qualified to the succeeding draws.
• Promo runs from July 15- November 15, 2011.
